On-site organisation – simple & reliable

Groups should purchase a group ticket at the valley station (Brannenburg rack railway or Bayrischzell cable car).

On weekends, public holidays and during school holidays, please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.

  • Tour guides and bus drivers travel free of charge.
  • Bus parking spaces are available.
  • Group rates and advance booking are recommended for larger groups.

Exclusive trips outside regular operating hours are possible:

  • from approx. 70 people (cog railway)
  • from approx. 40 people (cable car)

Disabled people are not entitled to free transport on the cog railway and cable car in accordance with §§ 145 ff. SGB IX.

A one-off charge of €5.00 is made for each dog for all single or return journeys.

A charge of €4.80 is made for luggage that takes up additional passenger space.
